Who We Are

Ron Brand is a licensed Professional Surveyor in the State of Michigan (#40010143046) and a Certified Federal Surveyor (# 1007). With over 28 years of experience, he is an expert in boundary surveying and the retracement of original and historical surveys. This includes everything from small lot surveys to large scale cadastral surveys completed for the U.S. Forest Service and private landowners. Ron is the elected Otsego County Surveyor and serves on the Otsego, Antrim and Cheboygan remonumentation peer review groups.

Eric Brand is a licensed Professional Surveyor in the State of Michigan (#40010146655) and is also licensed in multiple other states. Eric has over 28 years of experience providing boundary, topographic and ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys for commercial, residential, industrial, public utility, electric transmission, solar and wind energy projects.

Brand Land Surveying LLC serves Northern lower Michigan and the Eastern upper peninsula.
